This policy is maintained by Beacon and applies to the public website and the authenticated application unless a specific enterprise agreement states otherwise.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email, organization, and role.
- Content submitted into the platform for generation, review, or publication.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage telemetry.
- Integration data authorized by administrators (e.g., Microsoft 365, Meta, Google, Twilio).

- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- To provide governed AI features including content generation and analytics.

Security
Beacon applies encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access control, credential vaulting, and immutable audit logging. No content is autonomously published without an authorized human approval.
Cookies
The public website uses strictly necessary cookies and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Organizations may configure cookie behavior within their tenant.
Third-Party Integrations
When an administrator enables an integration (for example Meta Marketing, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Twilio), data flows between Beacon and that provider are governed by the provider's terms in addition to this policy.
Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, subject to legal retention.
