These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Beacon Enterprise AI Platform and its public website. Enterprise customers may also be subject to a separately executed Master Services Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.
Use of the Platform
Organizations must use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and their internal policies. Administrators are responsible for configuring compliance policies for their tenant.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity performed under your account. Report suspected unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass compliance policies, approval workflows, or security controls.
- Do not use the platform to publish content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
Intellectual Property
Beacon retains all rights in the platform. Content generated by your organization remains yours, subject to third-party integration terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Regulated content decisions remain the responsibility of your organization and its authorized reviewers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon's aggregate liability is limited as described in your enterprise agreement, or, if none, to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
